LEE Boon Ying graduated in 2020 from the Bachelor of Art (Fine Arts) program under the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, after an accomplished scientific career (as Director General, under the government, Hong Kong Observatory).  Though trained as a scientist, his art making dates from much younger times.  He also devotes time to charity, blogging, lecturing, media interviews and talks.
